HKY Real Estate is an independently owned real estate agency and has been one of the fastest growing and most successful agencies in Western Australia.
HKY Real Estate approached White Chalk Road in March 2021 with a goal to increase their online presence and eventually get a brand new website through Organik Web.

Once the website process with Organik Web was underway, White Chalk Road assisted with the website migration process. Alongside the website migration process, we created a tailored SEO strategy which would be executed over the next 12 months.

HKY’s long term goal was to design and develop a new website through Organik Web, hence we created a web marketing plan based around this.
Initially, we created and managed Google Ads for HKY to get an initial flow of new clients. After 3 months, we started a tailored SEO strategy for the real estate agency which consisted of keyword research and an ongoing content strategy. This would be a part of their long term strategy to build traffic and clients organically.
A part of HKY’s SEO strategy included assisting Organik Web with the website migration process from an SEO perspective. This entails ensuring all redirects are in place to avoid 404 errors, the correct tracking codes are set up, content is updated with the new SEO copy, contact details are correct and online forms are working, plus so much more.
Being able to work alongside Organik Web helped to ensure a smooth and well structured website migration for the real estate agency.
As a part of HKY Real Estate’s SEO strategy we have been focusing on an onsite and offsite content strategy. The onsite side of things includes writing optimised content to be placed on the website, whether that’s updating service pages, new blogs/resources or adding FAQs. The offsite content refers to building HKY’s backlink profile, to not only improve their website authority, but to also draw more traffic to the website.
Focusing on the onsite and offsite aspects simultaneously helps HKY Real Estate to build their online reputation, rank higher in Google search results, increase traffic to the website and improve overall conversions.

In the last 6 months HKY Real Estate has experienced fantastic results through a huge (104%) increase in overall conversions (people applying for properties, booking inspections, requesting rent or sales appraisal, enquiring about property management and general enquiries).
The overall conversion rate of the website has also increased by 86% which can be attributed to the new website design, clear call to actions and informative content.
