White Chalk Road wins best online business award at the BSBAs

We are delighted to announce White Chalk Road were chosen as winners of the Best Online Business Award at the 2014 Belmont Small Business Awards, which took place in the Perth Exhibition and Convention Centre on Friday 31st October.

White Chalk Road CEO Charles Ryder commented: “We are delighted to win the best online business award and appreciate the Belmont BEC for recognising the high level of service we provide for our clients, as well as the ethics we hold ourselves to.”

Mr Ryder continued: “As a business working in the online industry, we understand that many business owners are not hugely familiar with how SEO and content marketing work, as well as other elements of the online marketing services we provide. In this industry, which requires complex technical knowledge and where search algorithms change weekly, we always endeavour to report simply and transparently to clients to ensure they fully understand the changes being made to one of their most valuable assets – their website.”

In the past year alone White Chalk Road has overhauled both its reporting process and service methodologies to ensure they are even more client-friendly and transparent. They have also created a new client training service, aimed at helping clients to gain a better understanding of how online marketing works and how it fits into their overall marketing strategy.

The training also educates White Chalk Road’s clients on how best to report on online marketing KPIs and ROI within their organisation.

White Chalk Road was chosen as the winner in the online business category by a panel of business experts at the Belmont Business Enterprise Centre (Belmont BEC). The Belmont BEC, which coordinated the Belmont Small Business Awards, is a non-profit community organisation that provides online business webinars, workshops, mentoring and guidance to persons wishing to start or grow their business both within the Belmont region, statewide and nationally.

The awards provide recognition and encouragement for the professionalism of small business achievements and many of the categories are open to small businesses Western Australia-wide.
